Natural Ezo Sika deer raised in East Hokkaido's rich and rigorous nature, delivered directly from hunters.

A popular dinner plan featuring two types of hot pot soups: a spicy, fragrant soup and a gentle, nourishing herbal soup. Enjoy the deep flavor of deer meat combined with authentic Yakuzen herbs. (Includes freshly cooked rice)

※For children or guests who dislike spicy food, the soup can be changed to standard dashi broth. Please feel free to consult us.

A hearty Yakiniku set including hunter-direct Ezo Sika deer Jingisukan, beef short ribs, beef sagari, and thick-cut beef tongue. You can also enjoy Hina chicken from "Nozaki", a local beloved butcher shop.
